Patrick owns Xylem Woodcraft, a custom furniture and cabinet shop in downtown Sacramento. Growing up in Sacramento has been very beneficial to my real estate career. I feel privileged to know the beautiful areas of Sacramento with such familiarity. Doing business with childhood friends and their families has been a very heartwarming experience.              My daughters, Nicole and Laurie also grew up in Sacramento. Laurie is currently completing a post doctoral fellowship, with the University of California and Nicole is pursuing a masters degree in France and also works as a contempoary studio artist.
